"CONFINEMENTS" EVENT
“Confinements” is a virtual theatrical performance that premiered this past Sunday, May 16th 2021 and “explore[d] the ways people are cut off from full participation in society.”

This performance was the culminating event of the Advanced Studies in Acting – Devising Re-Entry course at Cornell University that brings together three former Cornell Prison Education Program (CPEP) students and five traditional undergraduates. This course was taught by Bruce Levitt, a facilitator for the Phoenix Players Theatre Group and member of our Arts, Justice, and Safety Coalition.
