healing and community mobilizing

Episode 1

Episode 1 is scheduled to air on MNN2 channels: Spectrum 56 RCN 83 FIOS 34 and livestream on www.mnn.org (click on MNN2) the following dates:

Feb 18 at 7:30pm
Feb 20 at 8:30pm
Feb 23 at 4:30pm
Targeting our 2020 theme of Healing and Community Mobilizing, Episode 1 includes two short films. From being directly incarcerated, to those people who have lost friends and family members to incarceration, all the way to people who have dedicated their lives to pursue justice as legal litigators, we have identified that stakeholders at every level are impacted by the criminal legal system. The Confined Arts continues to bring together the different perspectives of the many stakeholders impacted by the United States's mass incarceration epidemic. We are excited to start a dialogue about how we can work together to produce more trauma informed policy, centered on the restorative justice ideal that transforms people, relationships, law school curriculum, and communities. We have been through an amazing process, which we hope to include you in.
