I'm interested and looking at the roles for which you are hiring and I'm wondering if the workshops are already designed and you need facilitators to lead them, if the facilitators need to design the workshop, or if it's some combination of an outline that's given and the facilitator fills it in?
The workshops are not currently designed. Each workshop or training course will have no less than two facilitators. Part of the pre-planning for each workshop will be to design the content of the workshop in collaboration with the co-facilitator and a TCA staff member (to ensure each workshop is aligned with the initiative goals and objective). If offered the position, it would be recommended that each facilitator bring any past work examples and current ideas to the initial workshop design meetings.
This sounds great. I wish I could participate but it doesn't list dates and most importantly time, I work full-time. Can you give me some details please.
All workshops will take place in 2023. A tentative schedule for each workshop or training will be posted in the middle of December. Everyone who has registered will be notified of details for participation in each workshop.
I have a question about Pay rate: The $400 [One-time payment] is that per workshop topic? or a series of workshops within a specified time frame (such as calendar year, quarterly,etc)?
Each professional development workshop will consist of two facilitators each facilitator will be paid $400 each. Each workshop is 2-hr duration. The $400 facilitator fee is a one time payment for each facilitator.
