The Arts, Justice, and Safety Coalition’s (AJSC) research seeks to:

Elevate the status of art as a tool for advancing criminal legal system reform and promoting public safety, and
Strategically use methods of artistic engagement to explore how laws and policies intersect with everyday lives and affect the individuals and communities directly impacted by the criminal legal system.
